These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drivly, a mobile application developed by LinkCyber ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Drivly app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions: You may not:
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Service.
- Misuse the Service by transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, or other harmful items.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems or networks.
- Use the Service in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
- Use the Service to violate the rights of others.
3. User Accounts: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Feedback: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall LinkCyber, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
